As we move ever forward into the technocratic state that is called the new world order increasingly the managers and policy makers that create and implement the policy directives of that power structure will be the true power holders and brokers. It could be argued even today that they represent the true power of the world while most politicians and leaders we are presented are in fact actors, their only purpose to convince and bemuse the public with their character and nature, cnce these hollow men’s usefulness has ended they are removed, only to be replaced from an ever ready pool of candidates all to willing to serve. All the while from the shadows they are controlled, directed, and puppeteered by a class of technocrats whose power grows every year.
The technocrats are always near the reigns of power, though rarely elected as popular candidates themselves. For the most part these policy setters are usually more than happy to remain behind the scenes never rising above cabinet positions. Only in the case of the extremely power mad and arrogant neo-conservatives have we seen such publicly brazen hubris, as in the case of Dick Cheney.
By studying the tacticians and policy designers of the New World Order roundtable groups we can learn a great deal more than from studying the rhetoric of any given politician or political party. It is these men that design the structure and trajectory of power, and it is for that reason they are the source to look for coming strategies by the elite. While many are familiar with The Project of New American Century, the think tank the generated most of the objectives and policy directives for the neo-conservatives, many are not aware of more recent directives produced by groups such as the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Recently I have been studying this group and have a had chance to speak with one of its chief directors.
From my research I believe that we can expect a complete shift in tactics by the power elite to achieve their New Order. Smart-Power, Complex-Interdependence, Soft-Power, Neo-Liberalism, all instruments and tactics we are going to see increasingly manifest very soon. Nearly all developed by one of the highest level technocrats and policy designers there is alive today, Dr. Joseph Nye. A name we will soon become more familiar with if I am right.
