It is they who are the world’s true “democracy promoters” and who are fighting the real war on terror, and offering lessons to us all.

The U.S. actions in Latin America are still largely unknown and unspoken. The reality of imperialism is lived out daily, just to the south of us.

Leading Irish trade unionist Mick O’Reilly urges a NO vote in upcoming referendum on the Lisbon Treaty. O’Reilly is a member of UNITE, Ireland’s second largest trade union, which has an official position against the Lisbon Treaty.
