    on the labrie

  3. ETHELBERT on April 6th, 2008

You should step on the gas with the labrie?

Some may be a little slow. The way this truck is set-up you can select to pack on every can or pack 3 cycles after each can. Either way you can dump as fast as you want and hopper almost never gets full untill you start to get loaded. And it impossible to dump behind the packer unlike the Heil. This truck is very fast and smooth.

The reach of the Heil is about as much as the folding down arm of the Translift, BEFORE it grabs.. lol

Both trucks are similar as far as speed, both are fast, but the labrie has the obvious advantage of better reach.I like the Heil grabber better just because it looks cool but if it was my choice id take the Labrie.Ive never driven an ASL so im just judging by appearances. The Labrie seems like it would be a little easier and more comfortable to operate.Your Heil looks pretty good though.
